Beautiful set but counter beads difficult to use

I love this set of beads, they're beautiful and good quality, the wood has a good weight and feel, but the counter beads on the top are impossible to move, because of the thickness of the twisted green cord. It's as if they're only purpose is decoration. The side counter is easier to move, but still kind of stiff.

Dear sister Umm Zain,
We trully appreciate your detailed review. The purpose behind the cord being stiff and it initially being hard to move the beads on this Limited-editon Tamarind Tasbih is so that the beads do not become 'too' loose over time. The beads should become easier to move after being used a few times but not too loose so that they slide on their own. We opologize for any inconvenience and InshaAllah we'll always be here to give you after-purchase support it you'd like to exchange it. We are always working to improve our products and value your constructive critique. Again we thank you for shopping on Muslim Mall and hope you'll come back again.
