It is made from the dense core of the tropical Asian Tamarind fruit tree (scientific name: Tamarindus Indica). These Tamarind Wood Prayer Beads are smooth to the touch and enjoyable to use. This 12x7mm-bead tijani (teejani) tasbih, fits easily over the head because it has a 30.3 inches (77cm) inside circumference. This Tijani prayer bead set also features 5 beaded stops instead of tassels and an alif which is 2.8 inches (7cm) long. Having 3 extra 10-bead counters, this tasbih will serve well for carrying out extensive repetitions or khalwas (spiritual seclusion practices). This tasbih has a durable colorful nylon cord orange, yellow, and green.
