Muslim Mall return and refund policy

Please note: We do not offer free return shipping.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with one of our products, we will work with you to find a solution. If we are at fault and the issue cannot be resolved, we will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund upon receipt of the item.

If you are sending the package on your own, please include your tracking number and reason for return.

We offer a 15-day return period, during which any item can be returned to us for any reason (see exceptions below).

  • If you receive a defective item, we will issue a full refund.
  • For returns that are not due to defects, refunds will be issued minus actual shipping costs paid by MuslimMall for outgoing shipping (even if the order qualified for free shipping).
  • If we provide a return shipping label, its cost will also be deducted from your refund.
  • Items returned with customer-caused damage may qualify for a partial refund or store credit only.

Return Shipping

We cover return shipping only if:

  • We ship the wrong product
  • The product is missing parts or accessories

In those cases, we also refund original shipping charges.

For returns due to customer reasons, such as accidental orders, incorrect sizing, no longer needing the item, or finding a lower price elsewhere, we may deduct both the actual shipping cost (even if the order qualified for free shipping) and, if we provide a return label, the cost of that label.

International Order Returns

We ship most orders within 24 hours, regardless of destination. Some international orders may incur customs duties or import taxes in the destination country.

Most international packages are shipped via Registered Mail (signature required). If no one is available to sign for the package, a pickup notice will be left. If the package incurs duties, you will be notified to pay them at your local post office.

If a package is returned to us as “Unclaimed,” we will refund the product only, not the shipping cost. For orders with free shipping, the actual shipping costs we paid will be deducted from the refund.

We will accept returned products without question. However, if the return is not due to our error, any prepaid return shipping label and original shipping expenses will be deducted from the refund.
