I received the wrong item and I sent 2 emails but I did not get a response to remedy the situation.
I can’t review an item that has yet to be received. My order was returned via USPS. I keep calling and emailing but no one responds. I just called, somebody hit ignore and it went to voicemail. That’s very poor customer service.
The hat is comfortable and I like the design. High quality too.
Sizing information doesn’t seem to be correct. I ordered 4 kufis the first time, most of which were too big. I followed the size guide and bought another time, again same issue. A 2xl would fit better than an xl in the white kufi. likewise for the black kufi. Quality control needs to be improved and verified before sending out any products. I still have yet to find a proper kufi that fits perfectly.

This was my first time purchasing products from Muslim mall based off of a referral, however I was disappointed with the portions filled and when I informed you all i was told that the bottles were different sizes. I sent photos to show that that wasn't the case. I will not ever place another order nor refer this company to anyone. And the person who referred me was embarrassed after he saw the order and the response and he also said that he won't be placing any more orders.
