These saucer prayer bead necklaces made from Indonesian moringa and tamarind wood. This 7x16 mm Islamic limited edition tasbih is made from lightweight wood. The beads are dyed, not painted, so the color will not wear off or run. This tasbih also has a movable place marker that can be set and left a specific place on the tasbih. These brown and dark brown beads are shiny beads are smooth and comfortable to use. The imam (aka alif) bead is nicely carved in the traditional Indonesian style.
These tamarind and moringa prayer beads are strung with woven durable nylon cord. These prayer beads have a 27-inch (69 cm) circumference so they will fit over most adult heads to wear on the neck. There are a total of 99 beads on the tasbih and it is divided at each 33-bead section. Alif size is 68 mm while the dividers are 32 mm. The total length of the tasbih is 16-inch with a weight of 123 gr. The unique feature, as with most TheTasbih® brand tasbih, is that the tension/space between beads can be adjusted to your own liking.
